A high-endurance UAV platform designed for extended beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions requiring continuous situational awareness, operational reliability, and large-area monitoring capability. Equipped for advanced imaging, thermal sensing, and real-time data transmission, the platform supports defense, border security, and long-range monitoring operations.

Developed for a Danish client, Mach Alpha led complete end-to-end Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and system engineering, covering mission architecture development, airframe and structural design, aerodynamic optimization for long-endurance efficiency, ISR payload integration, flight performance modeling, stability optimization, and production readiness assessment. The project is currently in the advanced prototyping phase, with manufacturing and system testing being conducted.
