Developed for a client, Mach Alpha led complete end-to-end Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and system engineering, covering mission architecture development, airframe and structural design, aerodynamic optimization for endurance efficiency, heavy payload integration for ISR systems, flight performance modeling, stability optimization, and manufacturability assessment for production readiness. The project is currently in the prototyping stage, validating structural performance, payload capability, flight stability, and operational readiness for advanced surveillance missions.
